About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or book a consultation with The Sunn, operated by The Sunn. By booking you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Service Delivery Policy and Disclaimer.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book a consultation.

Bookings and payments

  • Prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR) and include all taxes. We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged and your receipt says so.
  • When you continue to payment, your chosen time is held for a short period shown on the booking page. If payment is not completed in time, the hold is released.
  • Your booking is confirmed only after our payment provider confirms the payment. You will receive a confirmation email with a receipt, a calendar file and a link to manage your booking.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay under its own terms. We never see your full card, bank or UPI details.
  • Cancellations, reschedules and refunds follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy in force when you booked.

Your booking link

Your booking link lets anyone who has it view and change your booking, so please keep it private. If you lose it, you can ask for it to be sent again to the email address you booked with.

Consultations are for guidance and personal reflection. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and no particular outcome is promised. Please read our Disclaimer.

Acceptable use

Please treat readers with respect and do not misuse the website, for example by trying to disrupt it, access other people's bookings, or send spam. We may refuse or cancel a booking in case of abuse; any refund then follows the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Content and intellectual property

The text, design and images on this website belong to The Sunn or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a consultation is limited to the amount you paid for that consultation. We are not liable for decisions you make based on a consultation, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as internet or platform outages.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version in force when you book applies to that booking. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ahmedabad have jurisdiction.
